Last updated: October 14, 2026

Drift ("the app") is a sleep timer for iOS built by Richardson Dackam, an individual developer in Toronto, Canada. Contact: richardsondx@gmail.com. By using the app you agree to these terms.

The app

Drift plays white noise and other sleep sounds on a timer, fading them out and pausing your audio when the timer ends. The free version includes White Noise; the remaining sounds unlock with a Drift Pro subscription.

Subscriptions

Drift Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its intended purpose. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its operation.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
